You can download a version of JSFToolbox that includes the necessary Java Runtime Environment (JRE) or you can download the JRE separately from Sun Microsystem's Java site at java.sun.com.

Once you have completed the installation procedure, you can launch Dreamweaver to start using JSFToolbox and JavaServer Faces technology.
